ohhh im not sure about that, but im still going to upgrade them so later on down the road i can push more boost and not worry about it, for now im just going to push 5-7 psi, after everything is all done ill try and push 10 and see how it goes.
lol i could order my FMU unit and BOV today and still not get it shipped to the caribbean before ur completely finished with that car. Goodluck and keep us all posted and get some pics of the process to help me along with my 7afte.
damn...thats a crappy deal man....... but yeah im taking pics of everything for damn sure, theyll be posted, and my own how-to will be made just for kicks, it should go good.
just to let you guys know i might start making IC piping for the 7afte size 2" 2.25"
and 2.5

IC piping... YAY!!! I have been wondering where on earth i would get IC piping from... How much would shipping be to florida or would you do international shipping?
i'll ship where ever you want as long as you pay for shipping i just sold the IC piping on my car to 6gc memeber

things i need to know

1.size of pipe
2. powder coated? what color?
3. what size of intercooler you have.

i'll be start in about 2 weeks all piping is mandrel

I will tell you after i get the intercooler lol. Ummmm you sold your intercooler piping? Are you selling your turbo kit? If so how much... Or are you parting it all out? I want first dibs on the BOV and the FMU lol. I sort of guess your not selling it tho...
not parting out or selling just wanted to make a new IC set up and a little bigger piping

Wheels....well, spank my ass and call me charlie, you will be fast now. And yes, celica master, you do need to upgrade your injectors along with the fuel pump. walbaro 255 and 330cc (if memory serves, and it usually doesn) injectors. Supra n/a injectors, basically

Can someone tell me if he is always this insecure about his knowledge??? I mean dammit don't you ever grow up and ignore situations or do you just drag them on and on forever? Injectors need only be upgraded if they can't add enough fuel for the boost and 5-8psi on stock internals is nothing to shout about in fuel delivery on stock injectors... An upgraded fuel pump will help the stock injectors deliver more fuel by putting a higher pressure to them. And next time you call me a celica master maybe you should ask whether or not i even own a celica because i dont smart a$$. I dont try to be a celica master unlike you which needs to brag on about all his engine experience because he is insecure about his own knowledge and what people think about you. don't take people like him on d3monc3lica, Get your rims. Once your happy with your car then that is all that matters.
yeah trust me right now rims are a must, hubbies suck ass hahaha. anyways end of discussion on whos best at what now, its cluttering up info i need to go back and look at haha. Anyways my deal went bad with the new head, i guess im going to buy the rims early and save up for the emanage and Nik's intercooler kit when he decides his price then i deal with injectors. And as a note, this isnt going in til april so dont think im ordering this stuff and putting it on piece by piece im making sure ive got a good setup that can be reliable before i put one damn thing on. until my next update, peace!
Yeh thats cool. I am hoping to get mine done by mid february. It i a shame I am not doing this on a celica but I will still get the pics up of my crappy car for all to see lol. I am going to order my FMU, Boost guage, Boost controller and maybe turbo timer tomorrow. I hope nik comes through for me on mounting and intercooler kit... Pics and brands nik i want to see some pics and brands hehehe.
guys, guys.. calm it down here... there is no need for bashing and name calling.

I'm here to learn as well as others who dont know much about force induction applications.

so i might as well ask my questions here and not get flamed for starting a new thread.

d3monc3lica,

what fmu are you planing on using? what route of fuel management are you going with? boost controler? ignition control/ upgrades?

This post has been edited by Hanyo: Jan 4, 2005 - 10:31 PM
Well for fuel management i have been informed that the emanager is the best way to go because it controls both fuel and ignition. The FMU im getting im just most likely going to toss and/or sell because I plan on buying an OBX fuel rail, new injectors (ford probe turbo injectors have been suggested), a Supra Twin Turbo Fuel Pump, set up with the emanager should do me well for the fuel management side of things. I did however order a SAFC2 which im going to use for now until i get the emanager so low boost here i come! lol and i mean LOW hahaha.
What FMU did you order demoncelica and how much do you want for it since your likely going to toss and/or sell it?

there are several different fuel setups you can go with, it all depends on how much tunability and power you want

took me 11 months of research, parts gathering, and work to make my turbo kit.

and i got really good at turboing a 7afe.

ask Forkee about it, when he bought my kit, my friend and i helped him install it. took like 7 or 8 hrs, and that was going from bone stock, to turbo

my advice, READ. and look at install pics and instructions, even for different cars, its all pretty much the same.

Yes i have gone through every thread talking about 7afe turbocharging on this forums using the search and i am doing all my back ground research. I am expecting it to take me 3 days to install everything and get it running properly once i get my manifold made. I am hoping to get some help from nik about going along with the procedure.

Thanx d3monc3lica. I might need it. The problem is that i have a relative coming to visit from florida and she can carry alot of the stuff i order down so i can get it quickly so hopefully she will still be in florida when your stuff arrives.

PERIOD. The main thing is not the stuff that you have, but its the info in your head. if you know what you doing, how stuff works, then you will be able to do everything right..

OK it's been a while but here's the update

01-10-05: SAFC II made it to my loving arms hahaha, even tho I won't be using it for long because it will soon be replaced with the greddy E-manager, I'll have a lil fun with it for now and soon sell it or something....anyways.
ALSO: Turbo kit should be on its way as of now, just got a PM yesterday and he mentioned it being sent this week, almost time to start ordering more stuff!! w00t!!
Update:
I know it's been a while since I've updated this, however lots is happening soon.
I recieved my SAFC 2 and its installed.
Recieved Turbo, MAP Box, FMU, Oil Lines, BOV, Manifold, Downpipe, Tubing(not needed).

I ported the manifold and Downpipe so that it actually flows more air and matches the ports.

Just ordered my CF C-ONE Hood and Z-MAX Lip Kit.

Next to happen, I'm going to sell my turbo (AiResearch M10 = Small T3) and order a brand new T3 from www.turbocalculator.com.

Also going to order injectors next. Any ideas? I was going to go with VENOM.....

Side-Projects:
Also ordering CF-Cooling Panel , CF GT-Four Riser Blocks, and eventually the rear CF panel that hopefully Doggy is still planning on making.
