i just got a rockford fosgate series 1 2600x amp and series 1 10" sub in a pretty nice box. i got them both for $100.

it isnt hooked up yet. im planning on buying a new head unit (alpine 9801) because there are no rca outs on my stock deck. i bought it off my friend and it sounded really nice in his car. he had some ghetto rig though (he hooked the power to the amp up from the head unit somehow).

buy an adaptor they arent that expensive like 20 or 30 dollars...then u can hook it up to ure stock head unit

ive read about them on crutchfield. they look like they would work good, but i want a new deck anyway.

also....does anyone know where i can get the pocket that goes under the cd player. mine came with a cd player and a tape player so i dont have one. >>
