see the ip address assigned to it on your subnet, type ipconfig, it should be the ip with the default gateway.
type the ip address in your browser, it will ask for login and password, use your user manual to look up the login (default is usually administator), look on the back of your router for a reset button, reset your router or look in manual to reset the password.
