my st205 swapandour Beams swap
ya i saw that post. for like 9500 or so.
I better get my money back...
well first of all his feedback is horrible and secondly it is obvious that he is lying. He has more than one posting of the same thing and in both auctions he sells same strut bar for his "sold" car. Never buy from any ebayer who's rating is below 95% and negative feedback problem is resolved

Fight it with your card. It can't hurt, and will be a lot quicker than ebay/paypal.
so if i just have a debit/credit card through wells fargo i just have to go into them and get it resolved?
Hey guys I bought the same strut brace off ebay but I bought it in late November. The guy said the he was selling his celica so that's why he is selling the brace. From the picture he posted on the page I knew is had seen that picture from some where on 6gc.net but I didn't know who it was. Anyways he said he would send it on the 6th of December and it has been eight days since he confirmed shipping it. But, the strange thing about it was before I bought it I want to wait until the item was about to close and try to get it for cheaper. It still had four hours left on it when I checked it at school around 12:30 so I thought when I get home I could buy it. When I went on ebay at home it was already gone but, the next day I saw it again at the time I thought some thing was wrong but, I bid on it anyway because it was cheap. If it doesn't come I'm gonna kick some a$$! >mad.gif>

If you 'bought' this brace from PlanetFuzz...You're not going to get it. you mark the 3rd person on this site in the last month that bought this brace and something like the 7th on ebay who bought it from him as well.
Hey i got alot of experiences dealing with idiots on ebay. First of all, paypal is 30 days period. You got to file before 30 days. You also got to file through ebay and your bank(part of ebay rukes). Ebay is a step by step process. You can also get his user info, etc like number, city he lives in. If they find your story credible(paypal), they will refund you about 75-80% of the money back.Want my personal advice? Post his name, address, and number here on the site. Get some of us honest people here on the site to pay him a visit......repo some rims......Im tired of people scamming people. >mad.gif> Make sure you go by peoples feedback, it means everything on ebay.

You guys should get all your emails and paperwork together and call the Nashville Tn police department and file mail fraud and theft charges against him.

This is what I did:

On Monday night, I sent him an email stating that if I don't get my money back, I will go to paypal, ebay, and leave negative feedback to his name. I told him he has until Wednesday night. If I still have not received my money after taking all of those actions, I threatened to go to collection agencies and small claims court.

Last night (Tuesday) I sent him another email, stating that he has one more day to pay up and that I have already taken the first step to get my money back (which was go to paypal and file a simple complaint).

At that time, he had played stupid and replied to my email saying that he needs an item number in order to refund my money (in everyone of my emails, the subject was: "Toyota Celica 94-99 Cusco Rear Strut bar item #7941186839")

My complaint to paypal was very clear: I had in bullet form, what had happened, and what my plans for getting my money back was. About 3 hours later, I got an email back from paypal saying that my full refund is being processed and I should have it within 8 business days. This came from Paypal itself...not PlanetFuzz.

After tonight is up (the deadline I gave him for my money to be refunded), I will still leave him horrible feedback and contact ebay. He scammed a lot of us and I think I have enough evidence of that.

After looking through some of his past auctions for that strut bar, it was clear that he was scamming people because he'd only have it up for 2 days and after the winning bidder would pay up, he'd wait one day or so and put up the exact same auction for this strut bar. It was the EXACT SAME STORY "I'm sold my car, I need the extra money for college, I waited for a month for this authentic Japanese strut bar to get here, etc."

I hope anyone else who has had bad experience will get there money back, and if you guys still have the chance to report to paypal and/or ebay, I suggest doing it right away!

yep, remember that kid. Almost bought an underdrive pulley from him then found out that he never sent the strutbar to a member so I pulled out. Good luck on my part i guess.

Found out if anybody else on the board leaves close and go pay the kid a visit.
I'm asking my friend to try to retrieve the money back and complained to paypal and ebay. I hope things work out! >mad.gif>
