This is such a noob question.
What do they mean axle set? Like for brake pads, they say axle set. Do I need to buy two sets, one for the right axle and one for the left axle?
axle set is for both sides of an "axle," so left and right. you would just buy one set.

You nailed it!
But, make sure you look in the box before you buy. The axles should be different lengths.
hes looking for brake pads, not axles. if you buy axles you but them seperatly. pass side is the axle and halfshaft.

Yea, sorry, missed that part. If they say axle set, it should be the whole front set.
i never under stood why they just never said front set and rear set... ?

To reiterate the what the others were saying and to expand just a bit :Axle set is a general term for all cars, so they don't have to be specific. Axle set refers to either A) Front axle (usually IFS so it includes it for both left and right axles) B) Rear axle which is typically solid so it includes both tires. Hope that helped.
