i want to get my battery on the back of my car so i will have enought room to make a c.a.i what i want to know is if this modification will make any damage to the car in any way???

If you do it correctly, then it will not damage the car. Just the other day I saw a nice ST205 with a battery re-located to under the passenger seat.
