Sorry guys I know this was covered and ive been scanning and I cant find it, I cant find the hole to pull the wire into the cabin I know there was a picture once. How did you all pull your wire? I need one into my trunk for my subs and one into the cabin for my mbquart components, any ideas? Pictures are awesome if you have one >

Places to pull 4 gauge amp wire through? - 6G Celicas Forums
well if you cant find the hole, you can drill a hole but make sure there isnt any electrical stuff in the way and use a gromet. and what do you mean for your components? i hope not for speaker wire, you dont need speaker wire that big for components...

I actualy just found a little black tube that seems to run inside looks like i need to take appart my passenger side dash to really see though, will only fit one 4 gauge wire though.

I drilled a hole in my firewall on the driver's side and used a rubber grommet and it works perfectly. >

New Toyota project coming soon...
Which end did you drill the hole on to make sure you dint cut any elctronics? Did you take appart your driver side dash climb under and drill?
Also on another note.... how did you put a positive 4 gauge wire to connect to the battery. Should I just recreate the connector with all the wires connecting to the battery or what?

I have like 3 holes in my firewall just find a good spot and drill from under the hood or wherever is easiest for you. you dont have to take apart the dash.
if you dont wanna drill a hole in your firewall.... your rubber boot that your steering colunm runs though, i cut a small slit in that and ran my old amp power wire your it... worked perfect for me...

DONT drill a hole in your firewall thats stupid. there is a rubber thingy(technical term) on the top left of your engine bay, poke a hole in that and run it through there, i taped it up afterwords just so no water or anything would go though.

dident think that would work heres a pic on image station, or i can send it to you email if u want

that would be great but that means that you have to run it across your engine bay to meet your battery... and if your like me i had my amp mounted on my back seat... thats a long a$$ wire...

OK i have ZERO gauge and i put it through my firewall, on the driver side, with no drilling.....theres a thick wire with a rubber like cover on it, it goes through the firewall wheres there a rubber, um like gromet or bushing you would call it, you can push that to the side and get the wire through it. Then the rubbing bushing closes back over the wire and seals back up, worked for me!
my firewall had a pre drilled hole in it....
i bought a kit, and i had mad wire left over too. its really not that long if you just run it back on the drivers right side. its only like an extra 2 feet. not that bad.
