Best racing Ever!! I got my GT4 3 weekago, and i'm half done. This time u got to race 24hr in some endrance races. So for sure i'm not gonna 100% finish the game.

yeah i'm soo mad that they keep pushing it back.. was originally supposed to come out jan 21st or something like that... and the same with Midnight Club 3:Dub Edition.... moved back again...

damn this!!!! game owners producers like to leave us hanging.. or they get so excited and set a date then realize they need to fix some ****..

but anyways graphics for GT4 looks sweet..

This is my last hope... I played a demo of Forza and it SUCKED terribly (looked GREAT but played BAD!!!!)... so all my hopes lay here.

I'll believe it when I see it. I wasnt too impressed with the demo I got at the NYCIAS. It was the Toyota demo with the Prius, graphics look good but damn handling sucked.

Anyone know any info on when it comes out for xbox? Is it the same as for PS2? I've got an xbox, and my buddies got a PS2, but usually they add a cuple things to the xbox versions because it has more memory and cababilities than the PS2. That doesn't change the fact that all the good games come out for PS2 and not Xbox though.

and bigmean, they don't add things because the xbox version has more memory and capabilities than the PS2, they add things because MS contractually obliges them to when they do a multi system title. It clearly states that all games must have xbox only features etc.

That said, the internal HD and the better graphics card in the xbox are nice; but they're not what's really motivating the extra features.

the concept in that demo if you're talking about it's handling...yea, it did suck...but the game was being REALLY realistic i feel, if u turn at 100+ on a decent bend...it WILL slide this time, without TCS and ASM...

They have an 02 Caldina GT-FOUR and like 7 versions of previous GT-FOURs
Out of 383 announced cars toyota already has 40 but honda has 50 and nissan 48

I think Forza has the capacity to beat GT4.. Don't get me wrong, I love GT4, it's the only reason I bought a ps2, but Forza has a lot of very cool features (ie: a line drawn out on any track that is the fastest way around, amazing exotics, great online, amazing amount of modification). I think people shouldn't be so quick to judge, it just might be better than GT4.. But I'm not a huge afficianado of consoles so even if it is, I'll jsut stick to racing the BMW M3 CSL around the Nurbirgring on my ps2 and be happy with that >>

experience means everything... you cant expect forza to come out of the box better than a series that has is coming out with its 4th installment + all the asian versions that never hit the states.

Well, it's easy for a franchise to rest on its laurels after a few successful installments. 3 was good, but not as big of an improvement as 2 over 1, and 1 over nothing.
I have faith even though Sony has gotten behind GT like M$ got behind Halo.

Anyone know about the tracks? Other than the classic GT tracks, Nurburgring, Laguna Seca, and Pike's Peak, any hype about those yet? Because all I hear about are how many different Skylines you can drive.

I know they have Le Mans in there as well

and I also read that the Nurburgring in the game is modelled to within 15mm of the real life track. In fact they got a pro 350z driver to do a lap on the track and a lap in the game and it only differed by about 5 seconds or so... and considering 1 lap on that track with a car like that probably takes in upwards of 9 min thats very impressive!!!
