I have a 3sge vvti engine in my celica and I was wondering if any of you that has the same type engine have you put in performance filters like K&N or TRD or induction kits in it and did it make any differance .

any performance filter will make a difference over any stock filter on any engine

Does anyone know any good performance replacement filters that can be got for that model engine..K&N don't seem to have a replacement for it.

I would be you that the airbox is the same for my 7AFE as your engines, you should take your filter into an autoparts store and compare it with a K&N filter for another Celica engine of that year. I put a K&N on mine and it made a big difference along with my exhaust.

i have the same engine with you and the only full kit for air filter for our engines is the hks super power flow kit who will fit in your engine without any proplem and it will work ok with the air flow meter check my profil for the pics and you will notice diference to your performance
