Topic #22153 15 posts Started by bojangles_8686
Hey guys I got a new digital camera and wanted to play around with it so I made a "how to" on taking off the inside door panel. I just took pictures of all the screws and stuff and highlighted them with a red square >smile.gif>

EDIT WITH A WRITE UP!

First of all, you need a shillips head screwdriver and a flat head screwdriver

You will need to pop these off with the flat head screwdriver to expose the screw underneath. Be careful, they are plastic and will break.

There is another screw under the door, but I dont have it circled.

The middle of these will need to be pushed in in order to remove, you will know what I am talking about when you do it.

Make sure to disconnect any wires before taking the panel off, you dont want to rip them. Also make sure to reconnect them when you put the panel back on.

Enjoy suckas >smile.gif>

Celicarocker - I didnt think a write up was necessary >smile.gif> and Im not ditching the celi, I am just not doing anything else to it anymore because I will EVENTUALLY get a new car lol

Coomer - I realized that after I posted the pics, but I'm sure people will find it

Digndoug- Yep >smile.gif>

Scarrell - Mostly screws.. but the things in the second to last pic are different, you need to push the middle in to make them loose... I guess there is something for a write up >smile.gif>
Ah yours is very nice, what kind of camera did you use?
It's not mine. It's from the UK site actually. It is part of the instructions for installing the JDM folding mirrors >biggrin.gif>

Get behind the panel and just squezze the tabs. its easy. Are you going to make a clear piece, or have you found one to fit?
