my transmission fluid is bad like black color some ppl tell me to change the fluid some say dont an leave it...im not sure wat to do i have a 94 celica gt...thank you

well, its easy to change transmission fluid on a manual...its just taking out a screw to drain and taking out another to fill..its just getting the fluid inside which is the tricky part... when i replaced my halfshafts i had to drain my transmission...and i just put a hose in there with a funnel on the end to get about 2.5 quarts of Full Syn Gear Oil.... but if its black i would replace....however the only way you would know is if you pulled it plug and let it drain....

I'd replace it if it's black for sure. It's not hard at all...I've posted detailed instructions on doing it in the past if you want them. >>
