How difficult is it to replace the motor mounts? Or first of all, let me ask you this. When I let off the gas going about... 50km/h, my engine torques like crazy, same thing if i tap the gas, it just goes nuts and it's really annoying. Is that my motor mounts, or does the celica just have that much torque? lol Do you have to take out the engine to replace the mounts? i have no idea about any of this...

You certainly dont have to much torque, it could be mounts, but no you dont have to take the engine out...but it will need to be hoisted for support.

you probably just need to replace the fronts and the rears. you can do this with a floor jack. do the rear mount 1st, then the front. its not hard, but that rear mount can be a little tricky because you have to lay under the car to put that in.

are there like, any diagrams available for this?? because i'm not really familiar at all with stuff like this, but i'm trying to save money by doing stuff like this by myself with the help of my friends. but there aren't many celica's out here, so no one really knows if they're different than other vehicles. thanks for your help though
