i know what you're gonna do...
cuz i took a class in "future prediction"
doggy i bow down to your work... your and artist lol!
I told my dad and uncle about this, and they said that those groves you sanded out are for directing the light. Said you wouldn't be able to see as well after night? Is this true?

Live Free, Be Happy
that would be true if your headlights were stock , but if u have a BMW projector and HID kit retrofitted into the stock housing like doggy the clear is much better for lighting >wink.gif>

Yes, this would be true if i had normal stock reflectors inside the housings, but if you searched for topic called Custom Projectors headlight, you would see that i managed to place the BMW projector units inside the headlights, and whats why i need clear glass...

couldent you have gone to a plastic shop, or plexi shop, and have them make replacements rather then mess with the stock ones?

non the less, very cool, cant wait to see the final product, maybe a group buy option for thoes of us that are looking for projectors?
Nice work man! >biggrin.gif> just curious though, how did you get the lenses of your stock headlights?
to have a new lense made is much more expensive...
