I took the plastic part that covers the screws for the taillights and now I cant get it back on right, what should I do?

Actually, I found out why it isnt goin back on, the two plastic plugs that go on top where the hatch closes that keep the big plastic piece on are broken......

Does anyone know what I can find some new ones?
