I would love to know why my Genuine Toyota CD Player doesn't play burnt CDs anymore....

It only plays legit copies now...

I don't want to high jack your thread but mine only plays burnt cd's some of the time. When it is cold out it won't play cd's at all what is up with that?

well Mine played it from 5 miles to 22,000 and never skipped a beat so hmmm seems like somethign up with yalls cds.....I guess this will def affect my sale. oh and check the good seller list im on it and if you dont believe me ask around i have sold many parts on her i also have a 3sge intercooler!

I have no idea I got my car in june of 99 and it was brand new and it played fine through the summer and and into the next year until I took it out to put a Pioneer 6300 in.....so who knows. i wasnt fussing its just it seems to have hurt the interest in teh cd player and I really need to get rid of all my celica stuff!

heh, my 95 double DIN CD/tape deck will play burned CDs for about 35 minutes, then it starts having a fit and makes staticy sounds until you eject the CD and put in a real one.

weird.
