i already called and got prices and info
the cost of this GB X's two is C-One style >tongue.gif>
you can pay credit card or w/e...just not paypal
and turn around time is 6-12weeks...
i figure there wont be much interest in these, so i didn't bother posting full prices, but DMC can get cheaper for what i was able to get w/ Roo

Wait, wait, let's not get off track here. The c-ones are at least $100 more than the ST bars, but are probably a little stiffer. For a daily driver, the ST bars are 24mm up front and 22mm rear, compared to the stock GT bars of 19mm front, 17mm rear. This should give you much less understeer and body roll, without the back-end becoming too "taily" (wanting to come around).

So do we have finalized pricing with shipping on the ST sway bar set for this GB?

edit: added "GT Bars of"

the C-Ones are $225 PER SIDE...
DMC can get them both for $388 +shipping, which is about $40.
apparently the rear sway bar makes the big difference, so maybe C-One Rear($225+shipping) and ST Front($140?)

Edit: changed strut to sway...woops

thx for the catch Jay.

Not if there's no appreciable difference in the size of the bars and/or the length of the leverage arms. Remember, the ST rear bars have two settings (two sets of end-link holes) - normal and stiffer.
lol
not what i meant, but here
18 phi, which is diameter
but next to it it says 15 genuine diameter
no bushings...google translated it to "The Bush you Attach", where others say "bush attaching"

but according to you that's less than stock...

ST it is >smile.gif>

:agreed:

Edited post #32 above for stock sway bar sizes
only for hatch??? meaning rears???
are you calling ST or the other dealers...on monday i'll call ST if yo uwant and see what i can do
he already called NOPI, got a price i believe even

sorry for all the confusion guys. . .
I also have a call in to a supplier I use and will hopefully hear something by monday evening. If he can beat NOPIs price, I'll post the information.
I called Nopi and ST.. ST said we would have to go through a retailer for a GB. I didnt know were else to try.

If any one else finds better prices post.. The cheapist is best. Im getting $200 towards to spend on it for a presnt, and the rest il shell out. but im poor..
i got a place in mind >wink.gif>
i'll call for ya on Monday, but i got a feeling they wont have anything special goin on...just an idea
edit: lol, i called the place just now to check and they were open

the guy wasn't even at a computer to check their pices or anything(sounded like he was eating), but he was ballsy enough to quote me at 259 w/o even seeing anything.

their actual price prob is lower, as this is the place that gave me a $300 flat rate for Ground Controls and $200 flat rate on Eibach Sportlines...

good priced place, never did business w/ them yet, but maybe someone on here has, or their friend.
i'm not going to mention the name just yet because i'm trying to prevent them getting several calls about the same thing.

Anyways, the guy mentioned most likely being able to do $250 shipped...
i'm going to call do the exact same thing i did today on Monday, and see what price they give me...then try to get $225 shipped(although their normal prices are very low so w/e they give me i'll just try got $5-10 off shipped.)

I need to wait till mon to call again and find out about the shipping costs and any extras and such. So it will have to be until then.
when this all gets straightened out, a new post is in order, lol.

Guys I thought I would give you a heads up here. I corresponded with my contact at Suspension Techniques and mentioned that the site was starting a group buy. My contact indciated that the new front bars will not be available until the first production run is complete. So, make sure that whoever you order this from is sending you the new redesigned front bars rather than any leftover stock they have. Good luck.

Jay.
