Hey, about 2 months ago, I purchased a 1994 Toyota Celica GT (my first car) and I'm looking for some great modifications without spending TOO much. Right now, I'm working on the stereo system, and I almost have that complete for the most part, but any suggestions about stereo, interior mods, exterior mods, rims, and tires that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg would be great!!

Well the best was to geat great mods for less money is to do it' your self. but if you take ride to a good shop for really great mods it's going to cost you $$$

Some good, cheap mods include redding out or smoking your tail-lights, painting your interior, making a mesh grill for the front, andmaking headlight eyebrows. There aren't a lot of cheap mods to do to your engine or suspension, but there is quite a bit that you can do to the outside and interior without much money. Also, this isn't a mod, but you can detail your car as well. Hope this helps. >>

Hey CelicaRacer94, Congrats on getting a Celica as your first car >>.....my 94 GT is my first car too, and when i got it lat summer i was in the same situation you are- i wanted to do lotsa stuff to it. I still havent done much to it, but i saved up for wheels and should be getting them this summer.......just get an idea in your head of inexpensive routes to make your car handle/look the way you want it to, and slowly save up money to work on it. I would go with Coomers tips for exterior stuff.....or you can custom fabricate a CAI to give you a little extra punch to your engine. But just work your butt off like i did and you can do some pretty nice stuff if you spend carefully and check out whats available.

EDIT- hata has a point......Civics are much easier/cheaper to mod, but then again everyones got the damn things, so it wasnt a bad choice on your part to get a Celica, its just that youre money wont go quite as far. And that said, just think of the money you would have spent just to get the Civic as nice as a stock Celica >>
