nice setup, any pics? anyway, get some sound deadener and some license plate deadener(dynamat has this) theres a few sounddeadening companies that you can look at aside from Dynamat like:
Fatmatt
e-dead
raamatt
brownbread
peel n seal
and a bunch others... dont really remember any others at the moment..

i was thinking gett a longer screws and rubber mount the license plat.
the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.
I don't want to steal the thread or anything, but how does deadener work? I get some door panel buzz at certain frequencies with my stock premium sound.
heres an easier solution, put sillicone behind the license plate and put some in the front where it hits the bottom 2 holder areas.
No pics yet.. but soon... i just put some rubber washers between the screws and license plate it stops a bit, but i think the whole area where the license plate is held is flexing too... im waiting for my hatch window to blow =P
i have the same problem. i took off my license plate, tail lights, and inside rear panel with a huge rattle still there. i think its the panel behind the license plate.
yea its deff the pannel behind the licens plate seein i just installed my system 2 day
I actually used weather stripping around my license plate. It's that foam stuff that goes in door jams. it comes in a roll and I just cut it down and put it on my plate. It seemed to be a quick fix for me.
well if you want to stop your liscense plate from rattling, try sticking a mouse pad behind your liscense plate. its a cheap and effective way of stopping the rattle, but the plastic trunk panal in the back is gonna rattle like nuts with subs so dynamat or something is a must for that
bestbuy actually dynamated my liscence plate frame to the lisence plate and i dont think mine rattles worked well for mine just us some dynomat.
heres how:
take out 2 of the w6's
^^ wouldnt work. i have 2 Infinity 1230W's and it still rattles like hell. the top of my hatch gets waves in it even with my subs.
