well, good job on painting your own car. anyone that can do that gets props from me....but the choice of colors and graphix just aint my thing.

Yeah, thats good for a do it yourself job. I like the line on the sides.. its all like late 80's early 90's sports car-ish...haha--

But I think the front and rear bumpers could use some highlights.. like some red details or something. Or make them red with black details... I dunno, not a fan of the whole different color bumpers/sideskirts thing. The black roof looks good though with the red body!
def. not my style. now you need to lower it.

Not my thing either. But it's nice to see people being original. Might wanna get some wiper blades too.

at least the rims compliment the car
if the rims had a red lip then it would totally go with the car.

SO shinny!
awsome job, the car looks wonderfull..now get it in some shows and come to the pitt meet on may 7th

Now SR powered
you car is the first car i've seen use the blitz-style bumper that i like

Props for the DIY

Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete...
well thanks to you all for the comliments and opinions and also ya gotta give me some credit on the windshield wiper deal i have to get it inspencted tomarrow so i took the old ones off and had to put new ones on. And yeah i wanted to use the blitz in a different way then others, for a show car you have to be unique so i tried to make it as unique as i could. i still have to wet sand he car and buff it to make the clear smooth but it sure will look nice come the 30th, my first show. And to those who asked about showing my car im already there, it is a show car but at the same time my daily driver......and i hope to make it to the pitt meet. >wink.gif>
damn.. looks great:) specially if u painted the whole thing yourself..
it looks good overall. after that wet sand and waxing, it'll really shine. I'm not really feeling the hood painting you did, but other than that it's cool. New Oxford isn't really far from me, looked at an rx7 at a car dealership one time up there. But awesome on the DIY. Like I said it flows pretty well other than the dragon IMO.

EDIT: I really like the 2 tone w/ the roof, that's JDM yo. You wanna paint my car?? >wink.gif>

White 93 Mr2 Turbointake, exhaust, and stuff
I give it an 8/10. Good job!

Pistons are for sissies!90 RX-7 TurboII
Needs to be lowered, but props on the work, and each to their own, it only matters if u like it
You know, I do like it actually. I don't like the wing but other than it's pretty slick. Needs lowered obviously, I really like the two tone part of the hatch on back, that looks great. Nice job really.

not bad

but personally I would not have painted the whole front in black. just the part that sticks out and slopes up toward the wheel well. then I would have added some carbon canards along it. also would of nixed the dragon, front grill, wing, and stripe across the side. finally some bigger rims, and coilovers/bags

but really, a pretty decent job. definetly not my style but I know you put a lot of work in it, so props to you

also any pictures from the rear? wondering whats doing back there
Very original. Although its not my style, I think it looks very good. If the skirts and bumper were red, I think it would be amazing.

QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
i like the last pic the best - good work!
Where are the pics with you in it? And WHY is there a guy in it instead of you??
i agree with everyone else here
nice custom work
not my personal taste, but if you like it than that's all that matters >smile.gif>

I think it looks great. Nice job. When I saw the first teaser pics you posted I wasn't really feelin it. I think it looks great all together. I do agree with gh0st_d0g about the front bumper being red/black instead of all black though.

looks great, nice job.

my st205 swapandour Beams swap
i like it. better than i could paint my car myself.
Well i think it's total sorted >smile.gif>

you've done what you wanted and not bowed to any pier pressure, good on you girl >smile.gif>

Life is for living, and you don't get a second chanceTake care now !!
nice, thats wonderful
well thank you and to explain the dude in the backround of my car the one guy is gweedo, he is the friend that let me use his garage to paint my car....and the other guy in the other shot is my pop >smile.gif> he helped with the sanding and sh*t. anyhow don't worry i have to get pics with my car but i can't yet cause my car inspected before i can take it somewhere nice to get pics with it and plus i was taking the pics of my car, a little hard to be in two places at once. I'll put pics with me and my celi as soon as i get them >biggrin.gif>
