I've wanted to know this too! And where and how to shrink video files without looseing quality!?
I can host them on my server if there not too big of a file (over 10 mb's is pushing what I would allow,) just e-mail it to me or something. (when I get more of my site up I will have a uploader avaible to people with login's
get a video program like adobie premer or something, but its almost imposible to compress a video file (keeping it playable) withough dropping quality

I think the file i made was about 10.5 mb.. its just a little video of my car i did with some music and transitions... but its not worth using all of your space up. Thank You Though!
