how would the garrett t2/t25 fare in a celica compared to a t3? I don't know much about turbos, but I assume this one spools faster, but can't make as high psi? Would this work out well for a 7afe with no internals upgrade?

You wouldn't really want a big turbo on a 7a anyway, would you? And the 7a and 5s have lots of torque. A smaller turbo would spool quicker and give you better throttle response, something that would be good for these engines. I think superchargers belong on the 5s definately. I haven't had much experiance with the 7a though, I just know what I've read. So don't take my word as the trueth unless others back me up.

Even the 7A would abuse a T25, it is working at the max in an Eclipse that is why you need a Turbo upgrade for them, look into a 16G or 20G if you want a Mitsubishi Turbo.

Then the T25 would work but it would be pretty much maxed out.
