I like it with out the line just because more people will look there first especially the noobs. The qoute and reply buttons were at the top for a long time then recently moved to the bottom and now back to the top where they belong. Is the options button new? or have I just over looked it in the past.

The line and the small dot in the middle of the envelope can be hard to see when looking for responses.

This one used to be at the bottom. When you are reading the post and want to go back, simply click the Website Discussion (or whatever relevant link). Now you have to go all the way back to the top before clicking.
(if you use Browser or keyboard shortkey to go one page back it doesn't record the thread as read).
