Hey, I was just wondering if anyone in this community has the Viper 791XV alarm installed. It looks like a pretty good alarm I'm just curious as to how well it works as well as how much/how easy it was to install. Thanks, holland!

I don't have it, but I know that it's a very good alarm and is highly recommened. Just make sure it's installed well...installation is 90% of an alarm's effectiveness.

i agree with coomer, I had a poor alarm installation (not gonna mention names *caugh*Bestbuy*cough*) and the main problem with the alarm was the alarm only goes off when you close the door. So someone could rob me and leave the door open and I would never know.

i have it, its one of the best alarms....

the range is massive
its realiable

Hey, thanks for the responses. The reason i asked is b/c i found it on ebay for just over $200 and it looked like a pretty good deal.

Pali - did you install it yourself or pay to have it done.
