TWM shifter diameter - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #25187 9 posts Started by king_wsk
I'm probably just a dumb @ss, but I can't find anywhere on the forums the threading size of the TWM short shifter. I just bought one for $140 and I didn't feel like spending $90 on their weighted knob. However, my stock know is falling apart and it would be nice to get a weighted ebay knob.

Just please link me to the specs page where it has the diameter/thread size.

Thankz
its same as the stock toyota.. you can measure yours.

i seem to think its a 1/2 NF 20, but I can check later I guess.

If anyone needs interior stuff, etc, I'm parting whats left of my celi out. Just ask.
my stock knob fits fine of m twm short shifter
yeah its just a stock toyota thread, 12mmx12.5mm

I just bought their weighted knob, www.ptuning.com ITs sooooo nice!

Yes it does I can shift much faster, almost too fast:P Its also far smoother then it used to be having the extra weight to help push it into place. user posted image
