Ok after attending 2 car shows and travelling well over 700 miles collectively and listening to what other fellow 6gc guys had to say I have to admit that meetings could be a little bit more organized.

#1 Whoever is calling the meeting should pick a location that meets the following criteria:
-easy to find
-lots of place to park
-lots of place to cruise
-places to eat and more importantly with enough parking
-more or less easy to follow locations. When more than 5 cars follow each other traffic usually causes us to disperse and we loose guys along the way

#2 Means of communication must be discusses before the meet:
-use of cellphones
-walkie talkies etc
-more than 1 person who knows where they are going

#3 If meeting is to occur people should come preferably within 30 minutes of posted time and with a full tank because most city gas stations have virtually no parking spaces
