My car lately has been burniing about a quart a week . I cant see any oil leaking anywhere . any ideas . already changed the valve cover gasket and still no fix .

sounds like piston rings are shot...my celica has the same problem... about a qrt every 1000miles though for me.
Does it smoke at all?
Maybe try some of those oil additives if you dont want to get the rings replaced..

nope doesnt smoke at all . .... tried the oil additives and same thing.
check your spark plugs for carbon. could be your valve guides
