Might sound like a silly or stupid question, but does anyone with the invader side skirts, have a problem when they jack there car up? The skirts on mine cover the jacking point on the car, so it screws up the fiberglass when i place the jack. Is there anyother place i can use as a jack point, or should i shave down the side skirts underneath about an inch to get the sopt exposed to jack up.

i think some drive their car onto a 2x4, or a couple boards to get the car up a lil.
then slide the jack under the car.

Put a piece of 2x4 or another block on the jack head...

so you get this:

instead of:

---.....::::

This will let it go under the glass then reach the frame without the arm hitting the skirt.

i dont get mark's diagram but that will work AS LONG as ur careful about driving up on to the boards

everyone should own a chiltons repair manual.

there are other jack points but I'm not gana try and exsplane where because if i say it rong you might hurt your car. but yeah drive it up onto boards or raps and them get the jack, however if you go to cosco they have the low profile jack for sale (in my area anyway) for like $75, it has a 2.5 inch head witch should go right under. (I plan on getting one when I feel so inclined)

i love my chiltons, i got it though, i cut away some of the skirts underneath. no more problems
