Have your license?

I'm taking the class now and it's so much fun.

The Japanese bikes are great (R6, GXR, etc.) but their torque distribution could be better. Don't start on something fast or expensive because you'll
1. Kill yourself
2. Cry when you go down and have to spend lots of money on plastic

They're a lot cheaper and simpler than cars. Your research should pretty much be trying friends' bikes.
i getting one soon. doing research on the bikes.
ill prolly end up getting an older GSXR or Ninja.

all my friends are into bikes, i can get some sites form them.. il post them later.

I want one , but A: parents would kill me before it would, and i cant trust any other drivers out there with me not havign any metal around me.

Aye, they're called donorcycles for a reason. I prolly won't ride much til I get out of SoCal.

But they're so... damn... fun.

Not to say that I'd trade four wheels for anything!
hopefully in a few years i will. i just dont want to kill myself.

cycletrader.com is what a few friends pointed me towards as a beginner...

If anyone needs interior stuff, etc, I'm parting whats left of my celi out. Just ask.
I had a bike at the end of last year to the beginning of this year (for about 3 months).
I had a CBR 250 RR.
I was on my learner so I was limited to what I could ride.
I love riding it. But my parent didnt like it. So I had to sell it >frown.gif>
When I had my bike I actually rode more than I drove.

Yea I've to admit that bikes are more dangerous than cars, we hear about accident all the time.
All I can say is if you ride, go all out on safety equipments (helmet, gloves, bike jacket, bike pant, shoe, back support etc) and dont trust anyone else on the road beside yourself.

Have fun I know you'll.

So now that you ride you can add to your quiver of quotes, which should thus far include:

"Dude, I almost had you."
"You almost had your car." (F&F)

and

"I got something for your ass!" (2F2F)

The quote:

"What is it about driving cars that makes you all such a__holes?" (Torque)
Nightime practice for the test tomorrow:

i ride dirtbikes but not sport bikes, but i want a sport bike sooooooo bad. I doubt i will ever get one till i move out, cuz my mom thinks i will kill myself. But if i could get a sportbike i would go with a honda or yamaha, the rest just suck.
There is virtually no difference between the Hondas, Yamahas, Suzukis, and Kawasakis.
If i am to get a License i will get a Suzuki GSX R 1300 Hayabusa.
That or a Yellow-Black Suzuki GSX R 750.

Either way i will kill myself in 1 or 2 weeks, so no bike for me!!!!!

JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
