is the 4a the only engine that you can put the 20 valve head on or is it possible to use it on some of the other engines

You can put it on any "A" engine.

there are a few guys with 7agte 20v i only know of one with the black top 20v 7agte
yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte
