ok im planning to buy projectors headlights soon >> and want to know if the HID conversion worth it (since i gotta drive my car in any weather/season). If yes, which kit and where to buy please. Also i wanna know how much better the Hella H1 bulbs are compared to the stock H1 bulbs (low beams) since i can get them for very cheap (http://www.autobarn.net/hellah1.html)

I also want to know how much degree (in K) are the HID that the modern luxury cars have?

Projector does not equal HID.

HID uses projector lamps. H1 (halogen, not HID) bulbs are used in projectors. Halogen projectors and HID projectors are quite different.

Frankly, the lumens produced by an H1 setup are more than adequate, and going HID often means upping the colour temperature. The hotter/bluer the light, the less it will penetrate through rain, fog, snow, etc.

It's also bad for your night vision, since the eye is uses different sensors for full illumination and low light. The blue colour causes the eye to act as if it's in full illumination, and it adjusts to see what is illuminated directly by the headlights while sacrificing the less-lit peripheral areas. Can you say tunnel vision?
