from what ive heard and seen the engines sit at diffent angles so i would assume some work on the end of the header would have to be done.
i had a topic a while ago about this with visual representations of the mr2 engine and the celica engine, including the way their headers were shaped.

basicly what you need to do is have a new b-pipe welded up to mate with the mr2 flange it sits at a diffrent angle then ours.
