You don't need an expensive camera to take good pictures...some of my favorite pics were taken with my older point and shoot cameras. I now use a Nikon D70 most of the time though. >smile.gif>

Great pics... I just upgraded from a nikon 5700 to a canon powershot pro 1. For the low light pics like #5 did you use a tripod? Do you just have fast lenses?

Yep, I used a tripod for every one of these shots. My lenses aren't very fast except for my 50mm f/1.8, but even if they were that fast I'd still use a tripod. >wink.gif>

Nice. Last I heard you were rocking the Coolpix, but I saw depth of field on these and guessed you made the move to SLR.

Ain't the D70 great?
