Yeah, that's old. That car was built when the sixth gens were new. They've built a seventh gen since then with a turbo charged Tacoma engine, on stock internals btw. I think that engine may be the same one that's in the Scion TC now. I know it was a 2.4 Tacoma engine and it may have ran UNDER 7 second. It was the world's faster front-wheel drive car for a short period of time until either a Saturn or Honda beat it I think.

Edit: Sorry, the Tacoma engine is a 2.7 liter, here's a link about the car before it began racing. That was 2002. It broke all kinds of records, but I can't find the results:
