huh? muscle doesn't magically turn into fat. as for stretchy thing, maybe thats a technical term I'm not familiar with >

fat does not turn into muscle. that is such a common misconception. when you lift, your muscle fibers tear slightly. Hence u get that burning pain sensation after u lift. that is why it is so essential for protein intake when u lift. the protein repairs the fibers and fibers are built on top of one another. building muscle.
