Is the additional stopping power over the stock rotors worth the money? Big advantage over stock?

So they go on without any modification to your original breaks. Do you have them for the front and rear?
i have the front and rears for the GT for about 2 years now. They are great. You wont notice any extra braking power unless you really are hard on them, so for everyday driving there is no big difference over stock, but i like them a lot.

Its Orville's Celica, i just drive it...

If you do the work yourself or have somebody help you install them, its pretty cost effective. I had a neighbor help me put all four rotors and pads on and it turned out great. Pretty reasonable price for a great set of brakes, and they dont fade quite as easily when stopping from higher speeds IMO.

this has a majority to do with pads as well......they are a system rotors are only as good as pads so if you drop 300$ on rotors then you wanna spend some money and get nice pads like EBC or akibono....ect..

Oh, definately. I have Hawk break pads which are made for autocrossing, so of course they provide excellent stopping power. However the rotors are a good compliment to the high end brake pads as well and result in a better brake overall.

Thanks for all the input guys this will probably be my next mod after I get a decent set of rims and tires for hopefully not to much money. Any suggestions?
