who makes it you ask...? madmods CUSTOM makes it from a 7th gen. props to pual aka madmods for the custom factor.he went back to stock bumper though so i dont know what he did with this one...
Its a half vader(top) and half vielside(bottom) fiberglassed together. Its up for sale or trade. CHEAP The only aspect is that its going to be expensive to ship due to a huge box.

(mads if you wanna ship it go with greyhound if its available. they are reliable and cheap)
