FS: 95 ST coupe (my car) - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #29740 12 posts Started by celicarocker
heres the deal. my car is in rough shape. the exterior needs work. it has invader front and sides, and bullet fenders. they have been on for about a year, never got painted. the stuff needs to be fitted properly. it needs some bodywork.

interior is in ok shape for a 10 year old car. it doesnt come with a stereo. a rip and a few stains on the seats nothing too major.

it runs perfectly fine, i drive it every day. it just had the timing belt changed maybe 5k miles ago. new tires. GT rims. 163k miles, auto. heres the real downfall of it. the airbags popped when i crashed it a year ago. BUT it has a clean title cuz it was just me involved, and i drove home. so you just have to have it passed through inspection illegally.

im only looking for like $900 for it. if you can do body work, you could easily drop almost nothing into it and have a hot little ride. older pics are in my profile, they are a little out of date but you get the idea. if you are serious i can take more pictures of it. my email is jsimonzi@hotmail.com and im located in providence. no i wont part it out.
can you hold it for me? I'm going to talk to my parents sunday evening when i return home, and if they say yes, i'm game
ill be taking some photos of it tomorrow so i can post them up here
im trying im trying.... i have to get my friend over with his digital camera to take some photos of it
If it wasnt a freakin' coupe >tongue.gif>

good luck and free up

If anyone needs interior stuff, etc, I'm parting whats left of my celi out. Just ask.
please elaborate on the damage caused in the accident.. repairs and reoccuring aftereffects (and there HAVE to be some). Thank you

it wasnt really that bad. i slid out on some sand and hit the front drivers side on an embankment. a picture from that tragic night

the fender got messed up. the bumper got messed up. a wheel got bent. the alignment got messed up. the windshiled shattered cuz of the airbags popping. thats about it.

i replaced the fender and bumper with after market parts (the invader front and bullet fenders). had a friend drive me to PA and bought lago's old GT rims. the alignment got fixed. new windshiled put in at time of accident. didnt fix the airbags.

thats all i did to repair from the accident, and everythings been fine then. the only problem i had since then was my wheel bearing went which made me replace that nad my CV joint. at that time i replaced all the belts including the timing belt, but just the timing belt. not the stuff your supposed to change with it like the tensioner... so my new timing belt shredded cuz the tensioner locked up... brought it back to my mechanic had a new timing belt put in and the tensioner and all that stuff changed so it wouldnt happen again... there about a year and a half between the accident and my wheel bearing going, and nothing happened inbetween there... so i would have to say there are no recuring after effects, and now that that stuff got done like 6 months ago everything is running fine...

sorry about the lack of pictures...
you might have to right click on that picture and select "copy image location" and put it in the address bar to see it...
Too sad it is a st and not 204 model otherwise i would have bought it

i have three answers for you:

it doesnt shake

getting it is your own responsibility (i dont think any of my friends would follow me to NJ lol)... mapquest shows 08901 to 02904 (where the car is) as about 215mi

i dont have any pictures, but as soon as my friend gets over with his digital camera, im going to take ALOT of picture, its kind of hard for people to decide they want to buy a car with no pictures when they cant see it in person.
