Is it a real Varis Kit? It looks nice.

yes its a real varis

I did a test fit of the front bumper myself , no problems
I asked the shop and he said there were no problems with any parts
I had removed one of the rubber guards in the rear wheel well where the mud guards would go, and it turns out that the rear bumper uses those for a snug fit. I still had it , but the shop orded a new one before calling me

Looks great. I have one comment and one question. Comment: your fitment results underscores the benefits of getting the real deal. Question: what color are you going to paint it?

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
They are a very expensive kit.
Since they are made in Japan.
I paid $3000 Aus for mine.

I have not completely made up my mind on paint color yet.
kinda thinking about "Speedway blue" offered on the new Toyota Tacoma xrunner, or repainting it to the original turquoise. The color you see is greenish after 12 years of sun fade. The shop primed the front bumper and gave it a shot of pre paint around the lights , you cant tell from the pictures but the original color is more blue. Candy Red is also floating around in my mind.

Don't you hate it when you just buy something, then see something that's better? Well thats what I'm experiencing now >tongue.gif>

Nice pick Manta5x, you have style >biggrin.gif>

I would say to go for either a bright red to show it off and make it really stand out or a mean looking gunmetal grey kind of color. I think both would look fanastic, but congratulations on the Varis. Thats my favorite kit right there.

Where did you get it from, bulletproof automotive or no?

Yea mine was the whole kit. $3000 was cheap for me, alot of other place quoted $3500
The rear bumper would cost about 1/3 of that.
