My interior is too common - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #29886 18 posts Started by frosty
Way too many people have white dash inserts. Before I liked it because I have a white car. I'm not in a huge rush but I don't think I want the white anymore, not unless I did some changing to the insersts themselves ( or if I change the paint of the exterior.)

Just thought I'd share >rolleyes.gif>

CLOSED on 25 acres!-shop coming soon....
do a two color scheme =)

a lot of people have blue inserts like mine but not many have silver incorporated also. >biggrin.gif>
not a fan of painted dash, id go with the stock black.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

goto walmart and get some woodgrain pattern sticker sheets. you'll look classy. or a gunmetal grey would look pretty sweet.

the only thing i have painted in my interior is the center console. matches the exterior.
im also doing blue suede on the doors and the cender armrest.

I'm keeping my interior stock except the inserts i painted red. My scheme to the whole care is black and red, i don't like it when cars have multicolors. then it starts not to match. i keep it easy with two colors black and red.

Looks good, but you looks like you should mold it in. It looks half ass. But could just be the pic.

You have any problems with winter? or the temp changes?
I still have a little bit of refining to do, it's not a priority right now tho.
We'll see how this goes for the winter, it will be my first winter with the celica. I did have a similar setup in my corolla during the winter... Didn't work too well in deep cold, had to wait t'ill my interior was warmed up before turning on the PC or else things would crawl. Gotta love canadian -40 degree C weather.

I painted all my inserts silver. I think it looks hot. Its really a opinion whether to make it looks more stock, or more mod, its whatever you are going for. But I do like my interior

The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed?
Silver inserts on a white car. not too crazy
