Finally..... yasterday finished this car that was standing in my yeard for about 2 mont and a bit...

Well, here is the story on it.

It originaly started as a Nissan Sunny (in UK / Japan Pulsar) GTiR

After stock form it was made to a pure drag car few years before and was looking like this:

Its a poor image, but the whole front was cut out cuz of the inormal Intercooler, and the headlights front bumper everything was used form different cars... It was not the best looking car fvor real....

Well, the story goes on, and then the owner of this car (the owner of the best/biggest engine tuning company in Lithuania) contacts me about few questions, and i get the deal on making the whole front dash for this car... After the dash we agree on Headlights, front bumper, Carbon Fiber hood... and few other stuff...

So.. after few weeks of the talks i get this in my garage:

Well, the car was fully striped, whole front cut out (all the support bars headlight places everything......) It was long way on the drawing board till we came to conclusions of what it should look, and how everything will work and how everything will be made... 2 month passed and this car was still standing still cuz the owner had no time at all to get me all the nessesary stuff..

And 2 weeks before today - works started, it was like a race, cuz the dead line was october 19....

First - The dash. Using stock Nissan Dash i created this for the Defi gauges and Defi Tach... It took me 3 days to make it look like this but it was fun project for me cuz i like creating stuff from nothing and stuff what i never did >smile.gif>

Step 3 was making the headlights cover - hard job to make all the round openings at the right angle... Workied on this for more then 5 days... damn it was nightmare.. Made the from uretanium foam, had to cover them up with fiberglass.. and other stuff...

And the time came for the Carbon Fiber hood..... It was first time ever for me making somthing as big as this from CF.. And i hate all the works with the CF, cuz one mistake and you ruined everything so... In the end i have 3 messed up hoods, and even the last one i made, isnt as good as i thought... but as some people say - you live - you learn (and die stupid....) The more i work the more experience i get...

First picture is the mold of the hood second one is hood fitted on the car:

Well... last few days i worked 36 hours without sleep...... It was a nioghtmare, cuz i helped the guys at GroundZero (the company who ordered all the stuff from me) to reasembe everything together on this car... i never was sooo tired, never in my life... and so tired not only phisicly but mentaly... cuz this car was sold already to one guy, and this guy was coming to see it and judge everything....

But the last results and looks of this car was impressive for me. Thanks good everything came not as bad, but i still will need to fix some issues with the hood >frown.gif>

that is incredible!!!
great hood job! guessing that was using your new toys >tongue.gif>
makes me wish those were sold over here. The dash looks sexy. I think it would be sexier if Defi made a BF tach to match the rest of the guages.. completely black until you turn it on.. then lights up evil red like the others... pure sexy. Did you get to joyride it?

thats amazing

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
damn, that thing must tear ass.

It would be nice for us if you moved here, but it's probably best there for you. You're already set up and have a reputain and everything there. That, and the cars here just suck. Just trying to let you know, I know why your not moving state side.
