Do you have to have a turbo in your 7afe to run the manifold? Or is it just high flow? I got a 96 ST 7afe. How would it affect my car?

its called a TURBO manifold....to be used on a TURBO vehicle...
.one equiped with a TURBO.............so yes you need a TURBO on your 7afe

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
