Just shift with your ring, thumb, and pinky fingers. That's worked for me, before.

shift with your palm, I get my figers cut up at work every once and a wile, I just palm it to get home, mostly freeway though.
yea i was shifting with my palm but that didn't help ..its my pinky thats cut..

I broke my right hand 2 years ago. In a cast and all. Hand to shift with my left...drive with knee and shift really really fast with left that.
Try shifting with 2nd degree burns on the entire surface of your right palm...no fun

i had that problem pretty hardcore over the summer mac..... put ur first two fingers like in a claw so one finger is on each side towards the front and your thumb kinda sideways against the back of it... sounds complicated.... but is really easy
