Ok, So I e-mailed Toms racing website about some 4age silvertop Spark plug wires and they gave me a price quote of $140 shipped to my door.
Do you guys think that this is really worth it??

These are spark plug wires for my 4age silvertop engine. They are GENUINE TRD spark plug wires made for the 4age silvertop engine and other related engines.

What do you guys think? How much power will I gain, if any?
I'm running on NGK high. Performance spark plugs, but they don't seem to have made the engine any stronger.

you'll gain nothing.......if you can find some 4age wires from your local autoparts then just use them

Ignition mods on a stock engine won't do anything. Ignition mods in general shouldn't be considered a performance modification. On a side note... it might be a bit difficult to find spark plug wires for a 20V... so you'll have to ask around a bit.

plus TRD sells rebranded crap.

yeah, plugs and all that on a stock engine, really dont gain horsepower but give you back what youve lost over time...
