i was taking out the cluster in my dash to install a new bulb because one of the bulbs in their was broken....so im followin the instructions from this site how to take it apart and the steering wheel locks up...is their a timer on it? cuz i cant get it to unlock. I have loj-ack but i dont think thats what it is..help

if the steering wheel just wont twist, just put in the key to on position and turn it back and forth.

the key doesnt turn either, thats stuck in lock too

Turn the steering wheel one way or the other while turning the key to the on position. That should unlock it for you.

So...? Did that fix it?
