a word like "code" should be searchable by itself...

Engine code, trouble code, tranny code, etc. did not give me the results I was looking for.

Also what ever happened to the three letter word searching. I thought Coomer was going to look into that. Google search of 6gc.net is limited and a bit of a hassle. Coomer, if you don't think it's worth your time then I'm sure we can find a way to change that i.e. donations.

i agree with you guys, if we need a software upgrade, im sure alot of our serious members would be willing to donate to the cause, maybe we could have some type of setup where if you donate, you get some type of special features or somthing..

First, code is searchable by itself. Just search for "+code" without the quotes, and it works.

I can upgrade the version of the boards and plan to soon, but that won't allow for three-letter searching. My current host won't change the minimum search length to three from four, which is understandable, because it creates a much bigger load on the server when searching. I'm going to switch hosts soon possibly though, so I can see what they can do.

GT4, TRD, LSD, JDM or any other three letter word that one always gets me...LOL then you scratch your head trying to think of a term that doesn't use it
