That kit is NOT good for 400hp. The injectors are not nearly large enough:
Injector size: 450 cc/min (42.9 lbs/hour)
Number of injectors: 4
BSFC: 0.60
Duty cycle: 0.85
This combination will supply fuel for 242 horsepower.
Not to mention the limitations of the ct26.
