oohhh yap thats right fellas...ive got myself an XBox 360 advanced edition! awwww man are the graphics and games/upcoming games freakin' awesome! oHhHh gaming has just evolved!!!!!!

i went to walmart at like 8pm cuz i needed to buy a CD holder th ing for my sun visor. so when we get there, there is already like 15 people waiting outside for it. in the rain. so me and my roommate who works at a game store go to his work, grab an empty display box, and drive past all the people at the stores like walmart, circuit city, and best buy (who are all waiting in the rain like retards, they could have avoided that by putting down a $50 deposit on a preorder) and screaming and being all like "WOOOO WE ALREADY GOT ONE!!! YEAH!!!!" it was hilarious...

^ nice, I alwasy though it was funny to wait out side a store for something, just wait a few days and get one like normal people.

I heard on the news a 360 went for like $2k on ebay or something, sux so much for the sucker who paind that much.

I saw on the news that best buy got slammed, Bill gates even showed up at midnight to a local one for the sale, I would have gone just to chat with him about the poject I'm on If i had known he was gana be there frown.gif anyway I dont really care for consols, computers are so much better in the long run, I mean 400 for a a box that can basicly just do video games is a lot of money unless you really like video games. but I guess I cant talk I just spent 1400 on parts for a new computer that would put the 360 to shame biggrin.gif

I'll have to see If i can get them at cost from the ms store, might get me one if I can.

I have no desire for one, I like my PS2, because I already have the games I want.. Like San Andreas..

mine should be the second shipment, but not matter what. i have to wait till xmas, because its going to be my main gift.

same here, my geforce 7800 cost as much as the much as the 360, and dont even get me started on the 4 gigs of ram and the 3 harddrives, lol.

well im a big time hardcore halo player (any1 wunna challenge me? biggrin.gif ) so the xbox 360 is basically a must for me (halo 3!!!!!) tongue.gif

yah people around here was waiting the night before in the freezing rainy cold just for a console. i didnt have to...i work at costco and i just walked in from the back before the store opened! biggrin.gif

yah i was watching that console sell for 2k on ebay on my computer this morning...thats just crazy man!

i was one of those poor souls who waited from basically the store closing till the store opening and the group of friends i was with got 5 xboxs so a night well spent, and a very cold one. im glad it didnt rain :-/
the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

I'm waiting for PS3 just for GT5..

I'm gonna wait a year or so after it comes out because I really don't feel like paying so much damn money for videogames

God dam! U guys must really be computer nuts. Than again so am I! My next plan is to dish out 5K on a computer system that will cream any others! Dual Video cards, 2 CPUS, SATA HDD and DVD, 4GB of RAM. Ahhh the possibilites.!!!!!!!!

it doesnt make sence to do that... you will have the best computer for a month you are better off spending 1500 on a computer and upgrading it slowly. Just my 2 cents...

We had about 41 people waiting in line at CCity.. only had 19.. already got 2 back today that were eating disc's.. sucvks for those people.. waited all night to get a busted pos..

yep, I got a 7800 GT OC the other day, and I got a AMD 64 X2 4200, 2 gig's of ram 120 gig SATA drive (120 is more then enough space really) to plug into my new ASUS MB, that will all fit nicely in my new case, soon to be watercooled coming in the mail, no xbox for me, I want a better system, plus it will render my HL2 maps so fast, wile I do other crap (duel core and all) I cant wait to get it running.

Seriously, wen i played the 360 i didnt see anything revolutionary, i only played call of duty 2 and it no diffrent then what my pc can produce, i wouldnt get a system just for halo 3, besides halo 1 2 were crap and i dont see what so good about it, the graphics werent even that great. what ppl fail to see is that microsoft likes to hype evetything to the point were ppl get hypnotized, then wen the day comes it just disapoints, i mean look at fable. what a load of horse ****....

if squareenix ends up remaking final fantasy 7 for ps3, sonys got me baught hehehe

me too, it was not what i expect out of next gen. i know i will end up getting it just for halo 3 and forza 2. but right now, honestly, not impressed at all by the 360's lineup. im very excited about the nintendo revolution.
I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

Half-life 2 and Battlefield 2 do, thats why I want a 2nd GF7800 so I can run SLI ^_^, oh and btw 4 gigs of dual channeling is awsome. If any1 wants 2 play some bf2, hl2 or quake 4 let me know. Or CS:S, gotta love it.
