You would think IBM is a big business, and make thinks standard and compatiable. I just found out that you need to buy IBM specific hardware to work with IBM laptops. I found this out after i bought a wireless card for my laptop, the the place i ordered it from is gonna charge me a restock fee just ro return it.


so angry, I thought consumers have the right to chose what hardware they use with there system?

not on an IBM.

dont return it, sell it on ebay or something for a little under the price you paind, still gana lose money but maybe not as much as the fee.

IBM basicly died when microsoft started, (I understand that Gates and a few others tried to sell the original windows OS to them, and IBM turned it down saying it would never become usefull. now they suck and can hardly keep up with HP making servers, HP makes the best by the way.)
