Some of you on here just pure hate myspace & I dont understand why. Is it because no one will be your friend? tongue.gif

I love it, & I know many others of you do too! I dont see how anyone could hate it...

Post why you either love or hate it....im curious to see

I liked it ok, it just seems like to make a cool page you have to give too much personal info.
Local people started talking to me, so I fled.

I like it. I check it every other day. Only thing I dont like about it is all these assholes that send messages to my girlfriend. Most of them I dont care about because its on the internet. But when Im walking with my girl in the mall and some random guy walks up and says "Hey Baby I seen your sexy ass on myspace". Im like wtf did you see the picture of me and her that said "me and my boyfriend of two years"? Other than that I use it all the time to keep in touch with friends from highschool.

I like it, to a certain extent. I don't like how everybody feels the need to put everything imaginable onto a Myspace, like vidoes, huge pictures and such that really slow everything down. Also, I liked it when everyone didn't have one. I remember I was one of the first people in my area with one, now everyone has one. Also, I hate how everyone thinks they're punk.

I too have had a few encounters with someone leaving comments on my g/f site on her pictures saying things like "your hot" "we should hang out" ect. I normally don't care, but it is someone that lives in town and that we see around, so I sent him an email titles "Behavioral Issues"

If it wasnt for myspace.com and amy, i might not have been here on 6gc.net. She found me and was like, "CHEck this out". So i did, and look at me now! lol STill a noob and loving every second of it.

f*cking hate it, get out and have a real life. Can I request to be your friend? Try that **** on the streets, walk down and give some guy your pictures and be like "Will you be my friend?" and play some fa*got music in the background. Lets see what happens then.

get out & get a real life? I have friends & family on my friends list that live far far away...so its nice being able to keep in touch w/ them this way

I lost contact w/ my best friend when i was 14 when I had to move away, soooo 9 years later (this past September) I found her all thanks to myspace biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

i like it and hate it! im a jealous person so when i see a guy who i like with a page and then i see girls leaving him comments i get jealous but i let it slide and dont bring it up to them! ive had a lot of guys think they know me jsut from the comments people leave me! They get the wrong idea that im some party girl or something which im not!


its nice to keep in touch with friends but im done meeting internet boys! on to real life boys :-D

Okay so lets say you meet a real life boy wink.gif & you get to talking & he says "hey im on myspace, how about you???" then what? ....isnt it kinda just the same thing whether you met him on myspace or not? biggrin.gif

I lke it cuz its an easy way to get a hold of my friends... Because most of my friends check their myspace more then their "missed calls" list on their cell phones.... lol

Plus I use it to talk to my friends who i never see all that much cuz theyre busy with their work, bf's, family, life... you get the idea... And then people who i dont talk to anymore, but I use to talk to, I have em on myspace, and now I can talk to them...

And another plus! Its great when your bored! biggrin.gif

everyone has one, u kno longer say can i have your number or do you have a screen name, its now "do you have a myspace" (and dont say im wrong you know it)

everyone and there mother has one i kno people who are like 30 on it and people who are like 10, its kinda weird but w/e, half the people on there are fake as shyt anyways, i dont like people who spill there life on there, half the time no one reads anything cept comments and looks at pics

w/e im on it, most people jus hate it cause they didnt think of the idea then sell it for 58 mill. now there is multiply.com which is trying to keep up.. idk so much shyt out there on the internet

i think myspace is pretty cool...pretty much all my friends are on there and u find ppl u havent seen since middle school and everything and alot of times catch up on everything you've missed and then once i go away to college it'd be an easy way to stay in touch w/ppl..so overall its pretty cool

if u meet a person at a car meet or something its different cuz if uve hit it off its cuz they found u interesting and attractive. when you meet someone from the net ur taking that risk of yeah you match personality wise but ur not completely sure if u are interested phsyically! and i dont wanna deal with "ooh am i cute enough tonight" and all that crap

umm but if its a blind date im more apt to be like omg i dont look good rather than if im just going out on the town not expecting to meet anyone! plus i figure hey if you meet me and think im cute while im just out and about then ull think im cute when im actually trying cuz its a date

myspace is cool

great way to waste a ton of time

one downfall though is that since everyone has one and everyone knows about it, if my friend posts a picture of me drinking or posts a comment saying how drunk i was or somthing and then my mom goes and sees it, then im royally f**ked

also, the dean of students at my school checks myspace. he looks for pictures or comments of students doing somthing like drinking or doing drugs and if he finds any that person will most likely be expelled.

other than that its cool

I guess it's alright, but a few things annoy me:

I hate how when people fill out those things where it says "Do you Drink?" and underage people always put "lollll noooooo" or "lol no comment lololololo" If I had a Myspace, I'd just say "Yes".

I always have my WinAmp going when I'm surfing the web, and when I click on their page and ****ty music plays over mine, I get pissed lol.

Stupid pointers. Animated GIFs. Comment chain letters (Yes, I'm serious) " if u dont comment dis 2 15 ppl den u haev a bad luck for 10 years!!!!1111"

I honestly don't thing it would be that bad if people knew a thing or two about web design.

^^ ooh that reminds me i hate those dumb bulletins that say "PARTY AT MY HOUSE" then u open it and it says "you opened this cuz it said party at my house but owuld you have opened it if it said I LOVE GOD?"

and those stupid bulletins that tom is going to shut down the site if you dont repost the bulletin ASAP! i dont mind the survey ones though

Personally it sucks. People with ghay cars like mine add me to their high5 list and say their cars are quick I know they are BS coz my car is gutless. I can't wait till I pay it off and sell it the 80% of mitsi people on forums and Hi5 Are f**kwits.

Sorry if this is a bit too off topic but took my mirage out yesterday tried boot it it takes ages to get up to speed it also is a 1600 cc and goes through twice as much fuel as a celica with beams. And I tried to gravel drift it lucky it got out of the ditch lol. Do you guys have High5?

i like it. alot of people i know from through out my years in school and all are on it. so it keeps me up to date on how they are doin. they can also reach someone for me if they wasnt on myspace. its koo. just for use of friends and family contact. dont use it for much else. its kinda koo to find someone on there u havent seen in ages and have lost contact or when someone finds u.

i dont hate it, but i dont like it. first of all, im not into the whole online deal, 6gc is pretty much the only site i check regularly. i joined facebook after my friends convince me to and its alright. ive looked at myspace, but i dont like it at all. facebook is a nice way to keep in touch with people here at CSU. i like its simple layout. i dont need a fancy background, hard to read text, and stupid videos on it. plus i like how its only for colleges, so you dont have all the middle/high school kids with self-esteem issues on there that need to have a complete stranger say "your hawt!!!" to me just seems more cluttered and immature, just my opinion. ya i agree with everything cutrara said.
I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

I love it. I've met some of the greatest people off of there. I also met my boyfriend on myspace. smile.gif It's fun, and it takes up "bored time." Especially during the holidays like now when you have days off.. but don't have a whole lot to do.
