That's the Abductor/adductor machine. They think it will help their thighs.

I'm 5'11"
185

Bench - 240
Squat- 315
Leg Press- 810
Incline Press - 210
Shoulder Press - 160X10

Those are maxes from about 3 years ago. I got a new weight set 2 days ago and I've got some work to do to get back to those numbers.
I'm about 6'0" 6'1" and only weigh 155
Bench 175
Squat 310
Bench was as of a coupla days ago
squat was 4 weeks ago before i hurt my leg
umm all i know is that i use 20 pound dumbbells and i can leg press 280 pounds

i like to think im pretty strong for a girl :-)

and the adductor/abductor does work! :-) ;-) kinda akward to use when you have shorts on at the gym though

oh 280 isnt my max! thats just what i do for my reps at my intense workouts!

Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City
6'5 225lbs

bench - 275 (can do a few reps)
bicep curls 135lb bar (a few times)

forget what my squat is
6.0ft 195lbs
17 years
280 on bench, and Im not sure on the other things, but Ive been working out for a while.
5'8 190lbs

Numbers from 3 years ago

Bench was like 255ish, which isn't my real max
Squat was 430, a few reps, but after that it feels like my back will blow up.
Dead lift was around 200, never been my good area
My leg press was 690 + a 260lb hillbilly pushing on both sides.. not sure what that equates to. Our teacher yelled at us, saying that you could pop all the little tubes in your balls doing something so stupid as that. We did it anyways. Good times.

man.. 3 years ago.. I need to go to a gym..

When I was in the class I was really focusing on lower body, because the year before I slipped off the coping in a halfpipe and fell 15ft to the bottom and shattered my kneecap.. wish I would have gotten pictures of that. My knee was the size of a grapefruit.

Wow...most of you are pretty sizeable dudes...I have worked out for years, but have been maintaining for a while. Anyways...

6' 1/2" 162lbs
Bench 185 (guess)
Squat (not much, don't work them much)
Deadlift (not sure)

Does not sound very impressive, but I do have a pretty good physique...ask the wife.
Last time I tried doing bench presses, the weight got stuck on me because I couldn't push it off. Fortunetely, my wife was there to pull it off me (after she snapped this pic)...

LMAO. That would have been more believable if you you were using a barbell, cuz you could have just dropped those MASSIVE dumbbells on the ground if you were strugglin' so much... laugh.gif
damn man settle down on them... ur body to tear something lifting so much weight laugh.gif
5'10 170lbs (dreadfully skinny, hopefully only for another year or two though)
This is all rep weight, not max, i dont know my max.

bench: 185 (a plate and a 25)
leg press: 12x45 (6 plates on each side)
curls: 40lb dumbbells
wide grip pull downs: 130lbs
squat: a plate and a 25.

But weight doesnt matter, its all about intensity.
